I first heard about Eciety from Fly.At that time the biggest problem is that I come home after school at noon because my home is just 7 minutes’ walk from school.But to take part in Eciety, I persuaded my mom to allow me to come home after the activity.I think I should be praised because of my sincere desire~hahaha
I’m a very out-going girl.(My friends will tell you about that…)I love spending time with everyone i love.As the old saying goes,The name fits.You can see that I’m always laughing(maybe chortling…) since there is a “笑” in my name.It has become one characteristic of mine.
I have various interests while I like reading best.I regard books as my best friends and one essential part of my life.Whatever I’m mad,upset or happy,books are always by my side.I find a real me while reading.A book is another world I’m living in.My favorite author is Echo Chen,a talented writer from Taiwan.Not only her words but also her brave,natural personality and seek of freedom attracted and impressed me deeply.I can find that we have something in common.
I really enjoyed myself these days. Eciety teaches me to think,and to express my mind.It also provides an opportunity to communicate our own thoughts with others.Ideas meet,crash,and become brand new.

Hello! My name is Astoria. Oh! It sounds like “a story” indeed, my friends always said that. Ok, in fact, it is the same name as a goddess of the moon and the stars in Greek mythology. And also it is the same name as Draco Malfoy’s wife in the books named Harry Potter. Yeah! I love reading Harry Potter very much. Oh, I found that I have forgotten to introduce my Chinese name,李尤. Almost everyone can remember my name easily. Sometimes it is a good thing. I can make friends easily as well my old friends can always remember me clearly because of my simple and quite…umm…funny name. But sometimes it is too bad when I make some idiotic mistakes. My chemistry teacher has remembered me well since I had failed the first chemistry test. He always asks me if I have finished my chemistry homework from then on. OMG!!! I am just a normal student of liberal arts.

I am in Senior One Class Three. And I am the League Secretary and the commissary of entertainment in class. So you can see that I am truly an outgoing, energetic, optimistic girl who is a Taurus.

I love English, however, as a matter of fact that my English is not so good. But it is said that, “Fear of death is worse than death itself.”(From the famous novel which named The Red and the Black.)So I try to participate in Eciety. Eciety is my favorite club. Every day I finish eating lunch quickly and come to the “forest” in front of the Building of Senior Three. Although we can not sit down then have a talk gently, the sense there is not so bad. The birds are always flying while singing beautiful songs. And we are talking about the things about science, humanity, news, arts and so on. To be honest, at the first and second weeks I was quite shy because I thought every one was better than me and I was fear to make grammar and pronunciation mistakes. “Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.” So I tried. I tried to pass my opinion although I didn’t know whether it is right or not. And I believe that I have made some progress since I joined in Eciety.

Only if I work harder, can I reach a higher level. I will keep going on in order to become a better girl, who has better oral English ability.

I’m an outgoing boy always with a lot of questions,and maybe sometimes a little bit tall-cold.Hmm…I really enjoy most things about English,American plays like the Agents of SHIELD,rap of the Great Eminem,and slow love songs included.All the blablas above were not used to be a cool boy but a good man!’Cause I started practicing my English at very young age,it turn out to be kind of part of soul.

I think I am really not fond of being deadly silent when staying with others so I always try to say a lot of things as long as I think it’s fun or is worth a discuss. Defin’ never when you are by me will you feel embarrassed.

I think I am quite funny sometimes and I think this is a positive attitude towards life. Actually I didn’t consider myself as an elite because I always did what I want to do instead of what I should do. But since I was a member here, I have gradually enjoyed myself as well as found that I was not as strong as others. So I’m trying to fit in.
